Abstract:
In order to implement optimal restoration for each service, the present invention comprises: an information integration unit that obtains, from any one monitoring system, malfunction information indicating that a malfunction has occurred in a node and outputs the obtained malfunction information; an optimal planning unit that uses one among a plurality of algorithms for creating a restoration plan that restores a network malfunction and, on the basis of the malfunction information and network configuration information, creates a restoration plan that uses free network resources, for each service; and an instruction creation unit that uses the restoration plan, creates network settings information for restoration, and outputs the created network settings information to a node control system.
