Abstract:
A conductive paste suitable for forming of an external electrode of piezoelectric electronic part, comprising at least a conductive powder of Ag powder, a glass frit and an organic vehicle, wherein the glass frit has a composition of the general formula: xB2O3-ySiO2-zCaO (unit of each of x, y and z: wt.%) whose scope is such that in a ternary composition diagram of Fig. 1, (x,y,z) fall within the range of a polygon binding points A(75,5,20), B(15,65,20), C(15,45,40) and D(55,5,40) and x+y+z=100, and wherein the glass frit contains at least one oxide selected from among ZnO, Al2O3 and an alkali metal oxide, the alkali metal oxide being at least one member selected from among Li2O, Na2O and K2O, and wherein when any of the oxides is contained, the contents of oxides in the glass frit satisfy the relationships: 2 wt.% ≤ ZnO ≤ 13 wt.%, 1 wt.% ≤ Al2O3 ≤ 5 wt.% and 3 wt.% ≤ alkali metal oxide ≤ 25 wt.%.
