Abstract:
The present invention relates to a touch pen used in a terminal including a conductive touch pad, such as a computer or a calculator. The touch pen according to the present invention includes a cap detachably coupled to a bar, an elastic member inserted into a through-hole of the bar, a fabric covering an upper outer circumference of the elastic member, and a conductive member included in the fabric to perform a conductive sensing operation together with a touch panel or a touch screen. A plurality of recessed portions is defined on an outer circumference of the elastic member such that the elastic member is inserted into the through-hole of the bar to prevent the elastic member from being separated from the bar. Circular protrusions protruding inward from an inner surface of the through-hole of the bar are provided and thus hooked on the recessed portions of the elastic member to prevent the elastic member from being separated from the bar of the cap. According to the conductive stylus touch pen, the touch pen may be smoothly moved to achieve accuracy of motion. Also, since the properties of a nylon textile are inherently present, chemical changes in the air may be slowed to improve durability. In addition, the conductive stylus touch pen can be used for a relatively longer duration than existing stylus touch pens made of rubber.
