Abstract:
The base (1) contains at least one air inlet (8) for the odorising agent and the base (1) has on its circumference in the diaphragm (7) at least one open cut-out (15) for the odorising agent. The base (1) in its lower part has the handle (5) which is preferably made of plastics or welcro joint or the suction cup. The housing (2) has on its circumference at least one air outlet (9) for ventilating the odorising agent and the housing (2) is linked with the base (1) preferably by forced joint or snap joint. The housing (2) is linked to the base (1) rotationally and/or extending axially and the housing (2) is also provided, from the housing face (10), with the convex surface for placing inside the signs or the grid (11) where the grid has the frame (12) for placing signs and the grid (11) is temporarily connected with the housing (2) preferably by forced joint or by snap joint using at least one catch (14).

CONTAINER FOR ODORISING AGENTS PARTICULARLY PREFERABLE FOR CARS The subject of the invention is the container for odorising agents particularly preferable for cars.

From the polish patent no 160 789 is known the device for spreading the active agent where the active agent is controlled and it is homogeneously spread in at least one neutral diluent. The device is in a shape of truncated cone. The wall or the housing of the base of the cone is impenetrable for the agent. The cone has the convex base with the ratio of the upper diameter to the base of the cone in the range of 1: 2 to 1: 4 and the ratio of the diameter to the base is in the range of 1 : 1 to 1: 4 where the cone has the cavity wall.

From the polish patent no 151 857 is known the device for cleaning the breathing air which has the chemisorptional filter. The filter has few acidic alkaline and neutral layers and the exhauster. The chemisorptional filter contains-in the direction of flow of cleaned air, the layer of soda, the layer of porous material which has a lot of capillaries and is saturated with polybasic carboxylic acids, the layer contains of porous materials which have a lot of capillaries saturated with the solution of alkaline ferrous hydroxide (III) Fe (OH) 3, the layer of active carbon A and the layer of the fibrous filter for separating the particles of dust. Between the layers of the fibrous filter are situated the fibres of the dust filter. The sterilising irradiational set is situated in front of the chemisorptional filter and. The chemisorptional filter is situated behind the first pre-filter. The pre-filter has the ozonizer and the fan. The ionizer is placed in the direction of the flowing air and it co-operates with chemisorptional filter.

From the Polish utility model no Ru 53310 is known the package for odorising agents which contains the flat base and the convex container.

On the upper part of the container are situated cogs. The cogs are in a shape of truncated cones. After cutting the cogs in the surface some holes have been made. The container is in the shape of the prism and its upper part is in the shape of the pyramid. The variety of the odorising agents could be placed in the package.

From the Polish patent no Ru 57 288 is known the container which has the insert with odorising agent particularly preferable for cars. The odorising insert contains the cylindrical container which has the odorising agent. The cylindrical container has two opposite holes. On the outer bottom part of the container are symmetrically placed clamping elements.

From the German utility model no 82 02130 is known the device particularly preferable for odorising agents which is the box and it is in the shape the cylinder. The cylinder is covered from the bottom. The container is closed in the upper part by the housing. The cover has symmetrically placed holes which are in the shape of ellipse. The cover could be easily removed for removing the odorising agents.

The container for odorising agents particularly preferable for cars according to the invention has the base which is temporary fastened with the housing. The housing has holes and inside the housing is placed the odorising agent, is characterised in having the base which contains at least one air inlet for the odorising agent. The base has on the circumference in the diaphragm at least one open cutout for the odorising agent.

The base contains also the grip which is situated in the lower part of the base and the grip is preferably made of plastics.

The housing has on its circumference at last one air outlet for ventilating the odorising agent. The housing is linked with the base preferably by forced joint or snap joint or has a welcro joint and the housing is linked to the base rotationally and/or extending axially.

The housing is also provided with the convex surface for placing inside the signs or the grid. The grid has the frame for placing signs and the grid is temporarily connected with the housing preferably by forced joint or by snap joint using at lest one catch.

The beneficial technical effects of the application of the container preferably used for cars, according to the invention include relatively simple and easy manufacturing of all parts of the device, easy loading of the device and easy maintenance and replacing of the odorising agent. The container could be easy linked with the ventilating chamber in the car or the container could be fastened to the inside part of the glass of the car by the suction cup for intensifying the smell of the odorising agent while driving the car. The odorising agent works as the freshmaker. It removes from the air fumes, cigarettes smoke and also human sweat.

The regulation of the passage inlet is performed by rotationally turning the housing or extending axially the housing.

The container of the invention is presented by the example of its embodiment in the picture where fig 1 presents the container in the end view, fig 2 presents the top view of the container from the convex surface, fig 3 presents the insert of the base of the container, fig 4 presents the housing end view with the part section of the snap joint, fig 5 presents the housing in the end view with the side cut-out, fig 6 presents the odorising insert in the end view, fig 7 presents the base in the side view, fig 8 presents the end view of the base from the fig 7 which has been turned around 90° The base 1 which is provided with at least one air inlet 8 for the odorising agent. The base has on the circumference at least one open cut- out 15 which is made in the diaphragm 7 for flowing the odorising agent.

The base 1 contains also, in the lower part, the grip 5, which is preferably made of plastics or has Welcro joint or suction cups. The housing 2 has on the circumference at least one air outlet 9 for flowing the odorising agent.

The housing 2 is connected with the base 1 preferably by forced joint or by snap joint. The housing 2, from the housing face, is also provided with the convex surface for placing inside the signs or the grid 11. The grid has the frame 12 for placing signs.

The grid 11 is temporarily connected with the housing 2 preferably by forced joint or by snap joint using at lest one catch 14. In the housing 2, between the housing face 10 and the housing arch is situated the air passage 13 for better holding the grid 11. The odorising agent 3 is placed in the base 1.

The operation of the device leading to the replacement of the odorising agent according to the invention is described below.

Holding in one hand the base 1 the second hand holds the housing 2 next the container is slightly bent and the container is opened. On the base 1 is inserted the odorising agent 3 and the housing 2 is closed by using the forced joint or by the snap joint.

The container is connected by the handle 5 with the inlet of the fresh air to the interior of the car. The fresh air is flowing firstly to the air inlets 8 of the container and next the air is flowing through the odorising insert 3. Next, the air is flowing through the open cut-out 15 of the base 1 and later through the air outlet 9 of the housing 2. The air is flowing to the interior of the car and refreshes the air inside the car from the fumes, cigarettes smog and human sweat.

Turning the housing 2 with at least one air outlet 9 around its axis causes the opening or closing the air outlet 9 by the diaphragm 7 of the base 1. It gives, as a result, the regulation of the odorising agent.

In the result of closing the air outlet 9 by the diaphragm 7, the refreshing process is stopped.

The container of the invention could be easily and quickly joint to the inner surface of the glass of the car.

The container of the invention could be also used in the kitchen in the restaurant etc where the air is flowed by using fans The base 1 with the diaphragm 7 having the handle 5 and the sleeve 6 is preferably made of one plastic element. The housing 2 with the housing face 10 is also made as one plastic element.

The housing face is in the shape of the convex surface for placing signs or the grid 11.
