The present application relates to the technical field of air conditioners. Disclosed is a control method for an air conditioner. The control method comprises: acquiring bus voltage information of an air conditioner; when the bus voltage information indicates that a bus voltage drops, acquiring an operation duration of the air conditioner in a self-cleaning mode; and when the operation duration does not meet a preset duration condition, controlling the air conditioner to execute a flux weakening function, so as to adjust a rotation speed value of a compressor. The method can improve the stability of a self-cleaning operation of a direct-current air conditioner. Further disclosed in the present application are a control apparatus for an air conditioner, and an air conditioner and a storage medium.
