Abstract:
A cutting tool (1) formed by removably mounting a replacement blade (3) to a blade body (2). The blade body (2) comprises a body block (4) and a pivoting block (5). The body block (4) is provided with a body support section for supporting the replacement blade (3), and also with a body engagement section (42) for engaging with the replacement blade (3). The pivoting block (5) is provided with a pivot shaft section (51) rotatably supported by the body block (4), a pressing section (52) for pressing the rear end section (36) of the replacement blade (3), and a rear engagement section (53) capable of engaging with the body block (4). In a mounted state (S), the replacement blade (3) is engaged with the body engagement section (42) and is pressed at the rear end section (36) thereof by the pressing section (52) to cause the replacement blade (3) to be elastically deformed and bent in the thickness direction (X). The mounted state (S) is maintained by the engagement of the rear engagement section (53) of the pivoting block (5) with an engagement holding section (43) which is provided to the body block (4).
