Abstract:
A data collection method for check-in person replacement technology, and a cancellation system, the method comprising: recording and displaying ticket refund information, ticket booking price, and flight departure time inputted by a customer (S101); before boarding pass processing for a flight is finished, determining whether another customer has paid a sufficient ticket booking price on the basis of the ticket refund information (S102); if not, then maintaining the original state (S103); if so, then removing the display of the ticket refund information, the ticket booking price, and the flight departure time inputted by the customer and refunding the ticket booking money to the account corresponding to the customer, and sending technology usage data to a data collection terminal preset by the factory (S104). The present method promptly issues ticket refund information when a customer cannot travel due to unforeseen circumstances after having pre-booked a ticket, reducing the possibility of the customer wasting money when unable to board a flight after having pre-booked a ticket, and can also accurately match flight seating with users needing to board the flight; timely and effective collection by the factory of usage conditions relating to the technology is also facilitated.
