Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a data transmission method and a terminal device, which is conducive to session state information synchronization of a terminal device and a network, avoiding the problem of it not being possible for a SIM card of the terminal device to carry out a call service. The method is applied to a first terminal device, and the first terminal device is provided with a first SIM card and a second SIM card, wherein the first SIM card is registered with a first network, and the second SIM card is registered with a second network. The method comprises: receiving first calling from a second terminal device; establishing a first call with the second terminal device; during the first call, receiving second calling from a third terminal device; after receiving a first event from a base station, sending a cancel message to reject the second calling; after receiving a confirmation message regarding the cancel message, sending a first measurement report to the base station; and receiving a first handover instruction from the base station, and registering a second SIM card with a third network, wherein the network standards of the third network and a second network are different.
