Abstract:
A method for measuring the deformation of a molded surface of a wind power blade mold. The method comprises: fixing the height of a reference point, and providing a measurement point on an outer wall of a wind power blade mold; after the wind power blade mold is debugged until the precision of a molded surface is up to standard, setting the state to be a reference state; measuring a height difference between the reference point and the measurement point in the reference state, and setting the height difference as a reference height difference h0; measuring a height difference between the reference point and the measurement point after the wind power blade mold is used, and setting the height difference as a process height difference h; and according to the process height difference h and the reference height difference h0, performing calculation to obtain a height difference change value, which is a deformation state of the wind power blade mold, wherein if h-h0>0, it indicates that the molded surface at the position of the measurement point moves upwards, and if h-h0<0, it indicates that the molded surface at the position of the measurement point moves downwards. Further disclosed is an apparatus for measuring the deformation of a molded surface of a wind power blade mold.
