Abstract:
[Problem] To make it possible to more quickly start using, in a cellular system, a frequency band used in wireless LAN. [Solution] The present invention provides a device that is provided with: an acquisition unit that acquires a discovery result for a wireless LAN (Local Area Network) access point that is using a frequency band; and a control unit that, before usage of the frequency band by a cellular system base station starts, controls monitoring of radar waves in the frequency band on the basis of the discovery result.
