Abstract:
A device for testing the stiffness and curvature of a material, the device comprising at least one tester (10). The tester (10) comprises: a test platform (1) for placing a sample to be tested, wherein the test platform (1) is provided with a driving roller (2) driven by a transmission electric motor (6) to rotate so as to drive said sample to move along the test platform (1); and a test pressing plate (3) provided with a driven roller (4), wherein the test pressing plate (3) and the test platform (1) are arranged opposite one another in a matching manner, such that said sample can be pressed and fitted to the test platform (1). When the test pressing plate (3) and the test platform (1) are arranged opposite one another in a matching manner, the driven roller (4) and the driving roller (2) are arranged opposite one another to form a set of opposite rollers, and a gap between the opposite rollers allows said sample to pass therethrough. The tester also comprises a test bin (5) having a door (11) that can be opened and closed, wherein the test bin (5) is internally provided with a sensing photoelectric switch (7) for generating an optical path, which simulates an inclined plane, and sensing whether the optical path is blocked by said sample. The test bin (5) is further provided with an opening (12), the opening (12) being connected to the end of the test platform (1) where said sample is moved out, so as to allow said sample to enter the test bin (5).
