Abstract:

This die is for producing a laminate film provided with a first layer and a second layer, and the die is provided with: a first manifold that can supply molten resin for first layer molding; a first duct that extends downstream from the first manifold; a second manifold that can supply molten resin for second layer molding; a second duct that extends downstream from the second manifold; a confluence section that is the confluence of the first duct and the second duct; a confluence duct extending downstream from the confluence section; and a lip section that is formed downstream of the confluence duct and that can continuously discharge the molten resin for first layer molding and molten resin for second layer molding that have undergone a confluence at the confluence section. The first duct is provided with an adjustment flow section, and the ratio of the size of the gap of the adjustment flow section with respect to the size of the gap at the lip section is no greater than 3.0.
