Abstract:
This display device is equipped with: a pixel array part which is formed of pixels arranged on a substrate; a peripheral circuit part which is disposed on the periphery of the pixel array part and which is for driving the pixels; and a temperature sensor circuit disposed on the same substrate as the pixels, wherein the temperature sensor circuit is formed by using an inverter circuit that includes a plurality of inverters formed of thin-film transistors. Furthermore, the crystallinity of channel parts of the thin-film transistors of the temperature sensor circuit is different from a channel part of a thin-film transistor constituting the peripheral circuit part.
