A display device (10) comprises: a substrate (4) including a transistor; an insulating film (21) formed on the substrate and having a recess; a first pixel electrode (K1) formed on an upper surface of the insulating film; a first light-emitting layer (E1) formed at a more upper layer than the first pixel electrode and overlapping the first pixel electrode from a plan view; and a second light-emitting layer (E2) formed in a recess (21y) of the insulating film.
