Abstract:
Provided is a display device with which it is possible to safely select an object to operate while driving. A display device 100 mounted in a vehicle 1 comprises a plurality of display units including a first display unit 11 and a second display unit 12 for displaying an image and located at mutually different positions, an operation unit for enabling operations concerning each of the plurality of display units, and a control unit for accepting an operation performed on the operation unit and exercising display control on the plurality of display units. The first display unit 11 displays the image as a virtual image in front of the vehicle as seen from a driver. The control unit is capable of specifying whether or not one of the plurality of display units is a state of being visually recognized by the driver for a fixed period or more, and upon specifying a display unit among the plurality of display units that is a visually recognized state, displays a cursor image C on the display unit indicating that operation on the display unit is possible.
