Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a display substrate and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises a base substrate, wherein the base substrate comprises: a display area, a bending area, which is connected to a side of the display area, and an extension area, which is connected to the side of the bending area that is away from the display area; a touch-control wiring group, wherein the touch-control wiring group is located in the extension area, and the touch-control wiring group comprises a plurality of touch-control wirings, which extend in a first direction and are sequentially arranged in a second direction; and a first floating wiring group, wherein the first floating wiring group is located on at least one side of the touch-control wiring group, and comprises at least one first floating wiring, which extends in the first direction, the first direction being the direction from the display area to the bending area and the extension area, and the at least one first floating wiring being electrically insulated from the touch-control wirings.
