Abstract:
A distribution method, equipment and system for software upgrading data of a local area network (LAN) side equipment, in which a method for a home gateway to upgrade software of the LAN side equipment comprises: acquiring upgrading parameters of the LAN side equipment, and reporting the acquired upgrading parameters of the LAN side equipment to an automatic configuration server, such that the automatic configuration server acquires the software upgrading data of the LAN side equipment according to the upgrading parameters; a method for an automatic configuration server to send software upgrade data comprises: receiving the upgrading parameters of the LAN side equipment, which is sent by a home gateway; judging whether the LAN equipment meets upgrading requirements according to the upgrading parameters, and if meets the upgrading requirements, then acquiring the software upgrading data of the LAN side equipment according to the upgrading parameters, and sending the software upgrading data to the LAN side equipment or the home gateway.
