Abstract:
The present application provides a driving substrate, a preparation method therefor, and a display panel. A first interval is formed between a source electrode and a drain electrode of the driving substrate, an active layer is disposed on the source electrode and the drain electrode, and a channel of the active layer corresponds to the first interval, so that the length of the channel of the active layer is limited by means of the interval between the source electrode and the drain electrode, so as to reduce the length of the channel of the active layer is reduced, thereby increasing electron mobility of the channel of the active layer, and alleviating the problem of limited increase in electron mobility of an existing thin film transistor.
