Abstract:
A hot surface plasmon resonance biochip, a manufacturing method therefor, a biosensing system including same, and an application thereof, relating to the field of biosensing. The biochip comprises a first assembly and a second assembly, wherein substrates of the first assembly and the second assembly each comprise a recess, several flow cells arranged on the bottom surface of the recess at intervals, tapered waveguides longitudinally arranged in the flow cells, and TiN nanocubes arranged on tapered surfaces of the tapered waveguides; the first assembly further comprises a sample intake hole and a sample output hole which are in communication with the recess; and the constituent materials of the first assembly and the second assembly contain crystal violet. The biochip realizes low energy consumption, can reduce the manufacturing costs, has high detection precision, and can also meet the requirement for high-throughput rapid detection.
