Abstract:
The present invention provides a dry-type transformer coil winding method, a dry-type transformer coil and a dry-type transformer, and relates to the technical field of dry-type transformers. In the dry-type transformer coil winding method, a low-voltage winding method comprises the following steps: welding a copper bar x at the tail end of a low-voltage winding; simultaneously winding both a copper foil and an insulating layer according to a preset number of turns; welding a copper bar a at the head end of the low-voltage winding; enabling the copper bar x at the tail end of the low-voltage winding and the copper bar a at the head end of the low-voltage winding to be located on the same side; and enabling the head end A of a high-voltage winding and the tail end X of the high-voltage winding to be located on the same side. The dry-type transformer coil is fabricated and formed by using a dry-type transformer coil winding method. The dry-type transformer comprises a dry-type transformer coil. Thus, the technical problem that remains in the existing technology that the wiring distance between conventional dry-type transformers and converters and high-voltage cabinets is large is solved, and the technical effect of shortening the wiring distance is achieved.
