Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a durable super-hydrophobic composite coating and a preparation method therefor. An ACNTB-SiO2-coupling agent suspension is applied, in parts by weight, onto the surface of a gel of a mixture of an ACNTB-SiO2-coupling agent, epoxy resin, diglycidyl ether-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, and amino-terminated hyperbranched polysiloxane, and then curing is performed to obtain the durable super-hydrophobic composite coating. The super-hydrophobic coating disclosed in the present invention has characteristics of being easy and convenient to operate and durable, and having good hydrophobicity, and the prepared coating has excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance. Particularly, in the present invention, hydrophobic nano SiO2 particles are stored in pores of ACNTB, an adhesive is decomposed in a pyrolysis mode when a coating structure is damaged, and a formed gas product can promote SiO2 to migrate to the surface of the coating to construct a new nano structure surface with exposed CNT, so that super-hydrophobic properties of the coating can be recovered.
