Abstract:
An efficient energy-saving temperature control method for a large-scale high-G-value centrifuge. When the centrifuge rotates, gas in a centrifugal chamber is used to generate a pressure difference caused by the pressure in the chamber wall being higher than that at the center of a cabin, the gas enters a heat exchange chamber under the pressure difference, flows through an efficient heat exchanger to achieve heat absorption and cooling, and then flows back to the centrifugal chamber to achieve circulating cooling so as to reach a control safe working temperature; and a centrifugal static pressure difference is used to replace a fan, reducing power and electricity energy consumption, and vacuum is replaced with a normal pressure, avoiding the difficulty of sealing a large container by means of vacuum seal. Also included is a large-scale high-G-value centrifuge apparatus applied to the described method. The centrifuge apparatus internally comprises a centrifugal chamber and a heat exchange chamber, the heat exchange chamber being internally provided with one or more heat exchangers for cooling hot gas from the centrifugal chamber. Micro-channel heat exchange is used to achieve dispersion and miniaturization, being easy to check and repair, safe and reliable, achieving efficient and energy-saving, safe and reliable, and economically-feasible temperature control for a large-scale hypergravity centrifuge.
