Title:
ELECTRIC OIL PUMP
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/105360
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an electric oil pump having a structure with which contaminants in lubricating oil can be removed without forming a new compartment or passage. This electric oil pump is equipped with a pump unit, a rotary shaft that transmits driving force to the pump unit, a rotor housing affixed to the end of the rotary shaft opposite the pump unit, and magnets affixed within the rotor housing. The rotor housing is formed by stacking multiple first electromagnetic steel plates and multiple second electromagnetic steel plates, with the first electromagnetic steel plates having multiple first holes into which magnets can be inserted, and the second electromagnetic steel plates having multiple second holes having a larger opening area than that of the first holes. The magnets can be inserted with the first electromagnetic steel plates and the second electromagnetic steel plates having been stacked together, and the second electromagnetic steel plates are stacked continuously at one or both ends of the rotor housing.
