Provided is an antenna module including a multi-layer substrate made of a plurality of dielectric materials and a conductive pattern. The multi-layer substrate comprises: a first layer; second layers formed on one side surface of the first layer; and third layers formed on the other side surface of the first layer. The conductive pattern includes: a first conductive pattern formed on the one side surface in a first region and a second region of the one side surface of the first layer to transmit and receive a signal; a second conductive pattern formed on a first sub-layer, which is one of the second layers; and a third conductive pattern formed on a second sub-layer, which is another layer of the second layers. The second conductive pattern and the third conductive pattern may be connected to each other through a first via hole.
