Abstract:
The present invention is related with control systems, surveillance pursuit and registration of events in vehicles. In particular, the invention is a compound system by sound, video and internal and external registration of abnormal events related with crimes that can pass in vehicles. The system can transmit information to official entities, private entities or to a database for the backup of events through cameras (101) and means of mobile transmission (12) the information that transmits the system is elaborated with facial biometric algorithmus and this information can be irrefutable evidence in an investigation of a criminal or terrorist act.

Claims:

CLAIMS

1. An electronic system of reception, registration and emission of images in vehicles for control and analysis, characterized because the system is activated, it records, it transmits and it compares information through sound, video and mobile communication of abnormal events related with crimes ín vehicles and it sends the information to a central station; and also characterized because said system is composed of: Loader, Turn off Circuit, Activation circuit, USB Receiver, Video- Cameras Receiver, Permanent memory device, Sensors receptor and sign adapter, Mobile phone data handle, Global Position System GPS, Mobile Cellular Equip with a Mobile controller.

2. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said system has a Mobile Cellular Equip hidden.

3. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said cameras are guided in opposed senses to record lengthwise inside and outside the vehicle; and wherein said cameras are activate it by a pedal activator, by his voice or by sensors of the vehicle.

4. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said loader is an Uninterrupted Power Supply or UPS that consists of an entrance of direct voltage coming from the battery of the vehicle and it provides a voltage exit for all the circuits of the device.

5. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said Turn off Circuit controls the Turn off of the system, the video cameras and the Mobile controller through a key of to turn off in a numeric keyboard to inhibits the operation of the controls.

A system according to claim 1, characterized because said Activation circuit activates the operation of the controllers by signs to activate the circuit come from múltiple sensors, microphones or from a switch type pedal that the user in a manual way can activate; and wherein said Activation circuit activates the controllers of the

system automatically when the múltiple sensors capture events classified as abnormal .

7. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said USB Receiver is a device that receives termináis of connection of the cameras or video-cameras type USB (Universal Serial Bus) . Wherein USB Receiver said receives the information from cameras or video-cameras and it sends for a single means to the process information to Video- Cameras Receiver.

8. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said Video- Cameras Receiver receives processed data coming from the Receiving USB, it processes them and it sends data to Permanent memory device and sends data to Mobile phone data handle.

A system according to claim 1, characterized because said Permanent memory device stores the data that come from the video cameras and It has a port of exit serial type, wherein said Permanent memory device is configured so that organisms of security and other receivers of the information obtain graphic information of certain event .

A system according to claim 1, characterized because said Sensors receptor and sign adapter receives data coming .from the many sensors in the vehicle like the speed, braked, level of gasoline, oil, etc. The received information is incorpórate under a parameter in a message; and this message will be send by the mobile phone through Mobile phone data handle.

A system according to claim 1, characterized because said Mobile phone data handle (according to Protocol of the Mobile phone) is a device that received information from cameras, video-cameras, Global Position System GPS and sensors, and wherein said Mobile phone data handle process the information to send it to the format of data that accepts the mobile phone.

A system according to claim 1, characterized because said system has a Global Position System GPS that determines the location of the vehicle through satellites; wherein said GPS sends the geographical coordinate of the vehicle with a transmission through the mobile phone and wherein mobile phone sends a single message of localization of the vehicle together the information of the video-cameras.

A system according to claim 1, characterized because said Mobile controller receives information from the mobile phone data handle and it works the mobile phone with the commands to carry out a cali or to send the data must fulfill the format parameters and duration that the company operator of mobile telephony determines.

A system according to claim 1, characterized because said Mobile Cellular Equip is a configured electronic device that receives information and orders from the Mobile controller and it sends all information as geographical coordinates, video and sound to emergency numbers or a central reception, wherein said Mobile Cellular Equip sends the information by its own antenna.

15. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said system sends a message with the geographical coordinates, video and sound in twenty seconds of duration.

16. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said system is activated in six levéis,

Level 1: The system is activated by Start the vehicle, key word, pedal activator or by sensors when opening doors, breaking glasses, stopping wheels, impact, colusión, overturn. level 2 : The activated system proceeds to record the fact and to add the data of the program like day, hour, location (for coordinated) , it also records the data coming from the other sensors of the vehicle like the speed, braked, level of gasoline, oil, etc. level 3: This level has a Central Process Unit or CPU. The CPU processes the information transmitted from the level 2 and the information transmitted from another source that contains bio-metric algorithms crimináis' files, (another source could be the Pólice

Department) . The CPU compares the received • information and it determines if this event is a crime, an accident or none of these. If the system determines bio-metric algorithms between driver and crimináis' files or the system determines that the event is a crime, the system will transmit the recording; otherwise, if the system determines that the event is not a crime, the system cut the recording. level: 4 the system the received information of the level 3 to transmits it simultaneous to the firemen, hospitals, crane services, etc. through Mobile Cellular Equip. Is possible beginning in the level 4 when pressing a command pre-programmed in the numeric keyboard. level 5. The system sends information as calis, video or sound to Official entities (Pólice department, Hospital, first aids, civil defense, etc) and send information to Private entities (Home of driver, work of driver, insurance company, company of transport, etc) level 6. In this level the crime is record, this information can be irrefutable evidence in an investigation of a criminal act .

17. A system according to claim 1, characterized because said electronic system of reception, registration and emission of images in vehicles works with sound, video, sensors and GPS, these elements allow a constant supervisión of the vehicle, particularly applicable to companies of transport.

ELECTRONIC SYSTEM OF KECEPTION, REGISTRATION AND EMISSION OF IMRGES IN

VEHICLES FOR CONTROL AND ANALYSIS

ABSTRACT

The present mvention ís related with control systems, surveillance pursuit and regxstration of events m vehicles . In particular, the mvention ís a compound system by sound, video and mternal and external registration of abnormal events related with crimes that can pass ín vehicles. The system can transmit information to official entities, prívate entities or to a datábase for the backup of events through cameras and means of mobile transmission; the information that transmits the system ís elaborated with facial bio- metric algoπthms and this information can be irrefutable evidence in an mvestigation of a criminal or terroπst act.

BRIEF ANTECEDENTS OF THE INVENTION

The growing insecuπty in all the environments and m particular to who drives any type of vehicles, ít has created different devices to prevent or to impede the possible assaults, kidnappmgs, robbery of the vehicle or robbery of the corresponding accessories. At the present time many devices exist to recover the vehicle after the robbery, these devices lócate the vehicle through a sign for satellite commumcation sent to a central station. The apparatuses dedicated to avoid the robbery of the vehicle like levers, crossbars, current cutters, etc. are useless because the criminal prefers to assault the vehicle m movement while the driver ís in ít .

The system of the mvention ís developed under a new concept, because that records evidence of a criminal fact through visual and auditory means m the vehicle and these criminal facts are transmitted to a receivmg public entity or a central station previously designated by the user like back of security.

An ob]ective of the mvention ís to provide mside and outside of the vehicle a contmuous register system of all events through at least two cameras mstalled m the vehicle, and the recordmg and transmission of voices and video through a mobile phone .

Another objective of the invention is to provide a warning system to a central station when the driver considers a dangerous event.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES

The figure 1, shows in a lateral cut the physical location of the elements of the system: cameras, mobile phone and pedal activator The figure 2 shows the location of the cameras, mobile phone and pedal activator in the front interior of the vehicle. The figure 3 shows the location of a camera guided toward out and a camera guided toward inside.

The figure 4 is a flow diagram between of the levéis of the system. The figure 5 is an electric scheme of the system. The figure 6, shows the time to send a message by system

The figures 1 and 2 show the essential elements of the system and location of the video-cameras (10) and (11), mobile phone (12), pedal activator (13) and numeric keyboard (22) inside the vehicle (9).

The cameras (10) and (11) are guided in opposed senses * to record lengthwise inside and outside the vehicle. The hidden mobile phone (12) used in this system, without keyboard, without screen, and without any means that indicate its presence. The pedal activator (13) located in the floor of the vehicle activates the system in an emergency situation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Explanation of the Diagram of Flow

Level 1 (14)

The system is activated by:

- Start the vehicle

- key word - pedal activator (13)

- sensors of different types : doors (when opening)

glasses (when breaking) wheels (when stopping) impact, colusión, overturn Level 2 (15) Then, the activated system proceeds to record the fact and to add the data of the program like day, hour, location (for coordinated) , it also records the data coming from the other sensors of the vehicle like the speed, braked, level of gasoline, oil, etc. Level 3 (16) . This level has a Central Process Unit or CPU (20) . The CPU (20) processes the information transmitted from the level 2 (15) and the information transmitted from another source that contains bio-metric crimináis' algorithms files. (another source could be the Pólice Department) . The CPU compares the received information and it determines if this event is a crime, an accident or none of these. If the system determines bio-metric algorithms between driver and crimináis' files or the system determines that the event is a crime, the system will transmit the recording; otherwise, if the system determines that the event is not a crime, the system cut the recording. The recorded information can be used for statistical studies .

Level 4 (17) .

In this level, the system the received information of the level 3 to transmits it simultaneous to the firemen, hospitals, crane services, etc. through Mobile Cellular Equip (31) . Is possible to begin in the level 4 when pressing a command pre-programmed in the numeric keyboard (22) .

Level 5 (18) . The system sends information as calis, video or sound to Official entities (Pólice department, Hospital, first aids, civil defense, etc) and send information to Prívate entities (Home of driver, work of driver, insurance company, company of transport, etc) simultaneously. The system transmits the information or it sends video or sends audio. Level 6 (19) In this level the crime is record, this information can be irrefutable evidence in an investigation of a criminal act.

Explanation of thβ Electric Diagram

The electric diagram shows the operation of the system with its different components and stages. The electric diagram is composed of the following elements:

1. Loader (20): Is an Uninterrupted Power Supply or UPS that consists of an entrance of direct voltage coming from the battery of the vehicle and it provides a voltage exit for all the circuits of the device . 2. Turn off Circuit (21): The Turn off Circuit (21) controls the Turn off of the system, the video cameras and the Mobile controller (30) . The user gives a key of to turn off by means of a numeric keyboard (22) . When the system accepts the key it inhibits the operation of the controls . 3. Activation circuit (23) : This circuit activates the operation of the different controllers. The signs to activate the circuit come from múltiple sensors, microphones and of a switch type pedal (13) that the user in a manual way can activate. The múltiple sensors capture events classified as abnormal and the sensors activate the controllers of the system automatically.

4. USB Receiver (24) . This device receives termináis of connection of the cameras or video-cameras type USB (Universal Serial Bus) . The USB Receiver receives the information from cameras or video-cameras and it sends for a single means to the process information to Video-Cameras Receiver.

5. Video-Cameras Receiver (25). This device receives processed data coming from the Receiving USB, it processes them and it sends data to Permanent memory device (26) and sends data to Mobile phone data handle (28) . 6 Permanent memory device (26) . It stores the data that come from the video cameras. It has a port of exit serial type. The exit port this configured so that organisms of security and other receivers of the information obtain graphic information of certain event . 7. Sensors receptor and sign adapter (27) receives data coming from the many sensors in the vehicle like the speed, braked, level of gasoline, oil, etc. The received information is incorpórate under a

parameter in a message; and this message will be send by the mobile phone through Mobile phone data handle (28) .

8. Mobile phone data handle (28) : (according to Protocol of the Mobile phone) . in this stage the received information from cameras, video- cameras, Global Position System GPS (29) and sensors, is processed with the purpose of send them to the format of data that accepts the mobile phone (12).

9. Glob ( al Position System GPS (29) : The system has a Global Position System GPS (29) that determines the location of the vehicle through satellites. This GPS (29) sends the geographical coordinate of the vehicle with a transmission through the mobile phone (12) . The mobile phone (12) sends a single message of localization of the vehicle together the information of the video-cameras .

10. Mobile controller (30). Receives information from the mobile phone data handle (28) and it works the mobile phone with the commands to carry out a cali or to send. The transmitted data must fulfill the format parameters and duration that the company operator of mobile telephony determines.

11. Mobile Cellular Equip (31). Is the configured electronic device that receives information and orders from the Mobile controller (30) .

The information that emits the Mobile Cellular Equip (31) will be channeled by its own antenna. The Mobile Cellular Equip (31) sends all information as geographical coordinates, video and sound to emergency numbers or a central reception.

When The Mobile Cellular Equip (31) sends a message with the geographical coordinates, video and sound, this message receives the ñame of "event". The duration of a "event" is twenty seconds since beginning in level 1 (14) until receiving in Level 5 (18) (See Figure 5)

In accordance with the above-mentioned, the system uses the means of transmission of the mobile telephony or (called cellular telephony) . The transmitter device is in a hidden and difficult access place. The user of the system could activate it underhandedly by his foot, by his voice or by sensors of the vehicle. When the system is activated, the cameras record and the warning is transmitted to a central station.

The electronic system of reception, registration and emission of images in vehicles works with sound, video, sensors and GPS, these elemente allow a constant supervisión of the vehicle, particularly applicable to companies of transport.
