Abstract:

The present invention relates to telecommunications and information technology, and especially to cryptographic means and systems intended for encoding encrypted data. The inventive system involves working out a secret key, working out K $m(G) 1 data block containing P $m(G) 1 elements of the binary information code, and converting data blocks. The novelty of the system consists in that D $m(G) binary vectors are also generated, that the data blocks are also formed by combining binary vectors, that the binary vectors are generated at random and pseudo-random, that they are linked to the corresponding elements of the binary information code, and that this linkage is based on the secret key.
