Abstract:
Provided is an endoscopy assistance device comprising a lesion candidate detection means which detects a lesion candidate from an endoscope image acquired by imaging an inside of a hollow organ. In this invention, a flag setting means sets a flag corresponding to a position at which the endoscope image including the lesion candidate on the inside of the hollow organ is captured. A risk determination means determines a risk of the lesion candidate on the basis of at least the size of the lesion candidate and the flag. The display image generation means generates a display image including information relating to the position of the lesion candidate inside the endoscope image, information relating to the position on the inside of the hollow organ corresponding to the flag, and information relating to the risk of the lesion candidate.
