Title:
FLOW REACTION ASSISTANCE DEVICE AND METHOD, FLOW REACTION EQUIPMENT AND METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/054183
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a flow reaction assistance device and method for assisting a flow reaction process by setting conditions quickly, and flow reaction equipment and a flow reaction method for setting conditions quickly. The flow reaction equipment comprises: a flow reaction device which performs a flow reaction process; and an assistance device having an arithmetic section and a determination unit. The arithmetic section generates a prediction data set by calculating a prediction result for each reaction condition for which the reaction result is unknown, by using actual measurement data. The arithmetic section extracts, as an extraction reaction condition, the reaction condition of the prediction result closest to a target result. The determination unit determines whether or not the degree of difference between the reaction result under the extraction reaction condition and the prediction result is within an allowable range, and when the degree of difference is not within the allowable range, adds, to the actual measurement data, reaction information in which the extraction reaction condition and the reaction result are associated with each other.
