Abstract:
Provided is a food material cutting device capable of easily supplying various food materials, capable of conveniently adjusting the cutting thickness, and capable of substantially shortening working time. The food material cutting device comprises: a body; a rotating blade installed on one side of the body so as to rotate in the horizontal direction; a guide plate arranged adjacent to the rotating blade such that the upper surface of the guide plate is arranged to slope upward toward the rotating blade; and a supply unit coupled to the rotating blade and to the upper portion of the guide plate to be able to rotate about an axis of rotation, which is parallel with the rotating blade, wherein, when the supply unit rotates, food materials move along the upper surface of the guide plate and pass through the rotating blade.
