A foot stand (100) and an unmanned aerial vehicle, which relate to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles. The foot stand comprises: a plurality of supporting rods (10), wherein first ends of the supporting rods are connected to a fuselage (200) of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and second ends of the supporting rods extend in the direction away from the fuselage; and landing rods (11) arranged at the second ends of the supporting rods, wherein the landing rods come into contact with the ground when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands. The strength of the supporting rods is higher than that of the landing rods. The strength weak point of the foot stand is designed at the landing rods, such that when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands, the fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle is difficult to damage, the maintenance time is short, and the maintenance cost is low. Moreover, the foot stand can effectively support the fuselage of the unmanned aerial vehicle, thereby preventing the service lives of the fuselage and electrical devices on the fuselage from being affected when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands, and improving the safety of use of the unmanned aerial vehicle.
