Abstract:
This furl cell 1 is provided with a silicon substrate 2, a porous support material layer 5, a plurality of pores 60 or columns 40, and a multilayer body. The multilayer body is provided with an upper electrode layer 10, a solid electrolyte layer 100 and a lower electrode layer 20. An upper electrode layer 10 is formed on a surface that is parallel to a main surface of the silicon substrate 2 so as to be continued to another upper electrode layer 10 that is formed on the plurality of pores 60 or columns 40; or alternatively, a lower electrode layer 20 is formed on a surface that is parallel to a main surface of the silicon substrate 2 so as to be continued to another lower electrode layer 20 that is formed on the plurality of pores 60 or columns 40. The multilayer body is supported by the porous support material layer 5 at least at the upper ends and the lower ends of the plurality of pores 60 or columns 40.
