Abstract:
This fuel cell vehicle promptly detects hydrogen leakage and lowers the installation costs by reducing the use of hydrogen detectors. A fuel cell vehicle 101, 201, 301 having a fuel cell system 11 that generates electricity through a chemical reaction between hydrogen gas and oxygen comprises: a plurality of first flow paths 21 which is provided at a plurality of locations in the fuel cell vehicle 101, 201, 301 and has an upstream end as an intake port 22; a collecting section 32 that has a plurality of connection ports 32A to which downstream ends of the respective first flow paths of the plurality of first flow paths 21 are connected, and that collects the air to be inspected taken in from the intake ports 22 at the plurality of locations; a pump section 34 that is incorporated in a second flow path 33 connected to the downstream side of the collecting section 32 and sucks the air to be inspected; a hydrogen detection section 35 that is provided in the second flow path 33 downstream of the collecting section 32 and detects hydrogen gas contained in the air to be inspected; and control units 40 and 340 that control the operation of the pump section 34.
