Abstract:
A genetic engineering modified dual-target chimeric antigen receptor, a host cell for expressing the dual-target antigen receptor, and the use thereof in preventing or treating malignant tumors/solid tumors. With regard to the up-regulated expression of PD-L1 of a tumor cell and an immune cell occurring after the tumor cell is exposed in serous cavity hydrops, provided is a genetic engineering modified dual-target chimeric antigen receptor, and a host cell thereof. The dual-target chimeric antigen receptor is competitively bond to PD-L1 to convert an inhibition signal of PD-L1 into an activated signal, and improve the killing activity of a T cell. Meanwhile, 4-1BB introduced at the downstream of the receptor can promote T cell proliferation and activation.
