Abstract:
The present invention relates to a measuring method and device in a dual connectivity (DC) operation. The method is applied to a UE in a non-connected state, and comprises: determining DC indication information according to the measurement result; and reporting the DC indication information to a network by means of a request message. The UE in the non-connected state can determine and report the DC indication information according to the measurement result. According to the measuring method in the DC operation, rapid measurement and reporting are achieved, and when the DC indication information indicates that DC configuration can be restored, the network can directly restore the previous DC configuration of the UE. The DC configuration of the UE is rapidly restored.
