Abstract:
A liquid crystal display device, comprising a GOA driving circuit. The GOA driving circuit is electrically connected to a liquid crystal display panel; an output end of a power supply circuit (10) of the GOA driving circuit is provided with a voltage stabilizing capacitor (61) and a transistor switch (62); the voltage stabilizing capacitor (61) is used for stabilizing the voltage output of the power supply circuit (10) when the liquid crystal display panel is in a normal display state; the transistor switch (62) is used for controlling the voltage stabilizing capacitor (61) to be disconnected from the power supply circuit (10) when the liquid crystal display panel is in an on state or an off state. The GOA driving circuit can avoid blank screen of the liquid crystal display panel caused by an over-current protection function of the power supply circuit (10) being triggered since transient current generated by charging/discharging of the voltage stabilizing capacitor (61) is excessive at the moment the liquid crystal display panel is powered on or powered off.
