Abstract:
Provided are a health assistance system and a wearable device that allow a user to grasp the status of their health condition at a glance. A health assistance system 1 comprises a display unit 23, an acquisition unit 31 that acquires a plurality of types of information pertaining to the user's health, and a health information creation unit 33 that creates health information (radar chart R) pertaining to the user's health condition, and that causes the health information (radar chart R) to be displayed on the display unit 23.
