Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-position feeding system and feeding method of a converter. The feeding system comprises a feeding device used for conveying a material to a high-position bin; a material inlet of a weighing bin is located below a material outlet of the high-position bin; a weighing sensor is arranged at the bottom of the weighing bin; a material inlet of a material heating furnace is communicated with a material outlet of the weighing bin by means of a chute pipe; a first on/off valve is arranged at the material outlet of the weighing bin; a high-temperature gas conveying pipe is arranged on the material heating furnace; an exhaust port of the high-temperature gas conveying pipe is communicated with a hearth of the material heating furnace, and an exhaust opening is further formed on the material heating furnace; a hearth of a hot blast stove is communicated with a gas source by means of a gas supply pipe; the hot blast stove is used for heating gas in the hearth of the hot blast stove; an air outlet is communicated with a gas inlet port of the high-temperature gas conveying pipe; a material outlet of the material heating furnace is communicated with a converter by means of a feeding chute, and a second on/off valve is arranged at the material outlet of the material heating furnace. The yield and quality of molten steel produced by the converter can be improved.
