Abstract:
A cantilever lifting appliance for splicing construction of a U-box combined continuous beam, comprising a lifting beam (1), a lifting box (7) and a lifting arm (9) that are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. A hoisting cable of a cantilever crane is hung on the top of the lifting beam (1), and the lifting arm (9) is hoisted at and connected to the bottom of the lifting beam (1) through the lifting box (7); the middle part of the lifting beam (1) is vertically limited, rotates in the circumferential direction and is hingedly connected to the lifting box (7) in the horizontal direction; a torsion power unit for providing rotating power for the lifting box (7) is vertically and fixedly arranged on the side wall of the lifting beam (1); the lifting arm (9) is hingedly connected to the bottom of the lifting box (7) in the horizontal direction; and a hydraulic jack (8) is hingedly connected between the side wall of the lifting box (7) and the top surface of the lifting arm (9). According to the cantilever lifting appliance, vertical adjustment, left-right flipping adjustment, and horizontal torsion adjustment of beam body segments are achieved, and a multi-degree-of-freedom spatial adjustment function of the lifting appliance is achieved.
