The present invention realizes a structure capable of preventing oil from leaking into an external space from a fitting part of a rear-side housing element and a front-side housing element constituting a housing. An outside-diameter-side fitting surface 20a formed on the internal peripheral surface of a front-side tube part 25 constituting a front-side housing element 17a is configured from a front-side cylindrical surface part 26 and a front-side convex part 27. An inside-diameter-side fitting surface 19a formed on the external peripheral surface of a rear-side tube part 30 constituting a rear-side housing element 18a is configured from a rear-side cylindrical surface part 31 and a rear-side concave part 32. The front-side cylindrical surface part 26 and the rear-side cylindrical surface part 31 are fitted together on the cylindrical surfaces thereof, and the front-side convex part 27 and the rear-side concave part 32 are fitted together in male/female fashion, and the front-side housing element 17a and the rear-side housing element 18a are thereby connected.
