Abstract:
A humidity measurement device for measuring the humidity of a gas, the humidity measurement device being provided with a second-order calculation unit (S103, S107, S117, S303) for calculating a second-order differential value (RH2) by performing second-order differentiation over time of a humidity signal outputted from a humidity detection unit (68) in accordance with the humidity of the gas, and an adhesion determination unit (S105, S106, S108, S115, S116, S118, S306, S316) for determining whether a liquid is adhering to the humidity detection unit on the basis of the second-order differential value acquired by the second-order calculation unit.
