Abstract:
Limiting the number of lines per inch in order to prevent granularity from coarsening due to the paper type causes the problem of reduced output image quality. The provided image formation device takes into account the differing degrees to which toner height affects granularity, depending on the paper, and in accordance with the paper type, changes the exposure area per pixel used in image formation.
