Abstract:

[Problem] To precisely detect the distance to an object, even if the object is a black vehicle, etc., that does not receive reflected waves. [Solution] An image processing device 200 that performs determination processing to determine conditions (i) to (iii) for each pixel in distance measurement point group data obtained using ToF measurement and, if conditions (i) to (iii) are fulfilled, replaces pixels for determination with a prescribed distance value, said conditions being: (i) the distance value for the pixel is an identifier indicating that the distance value cannot be obtained; (ii) the distance value for reference background data corresponding to the pixel for determination is not an identifier; and (iii) the distance value for an adjacent pixel adjacent to the pixel for determination is smaller than the distance value for the reference background data corresponding to the adjacent pixel.
