Abstract:
The present invention relates to an induction heating device and a method for controlling an induction heating device. An induction heating device according to one embodiment of the present invention can comprise: an inverter circuit for supplying a current to a working coil; a driving circuit for supplying a switching signal to the inverter circuit on the basis of a control signal; an output detector for detecting the output of the working coil; and a controller for controlling, in a low-stage operation in which a target output is below a predetermined level, the output of the working coil by setting the on-time of the working coil on the basis of the current output of the working coil.
