Abstract:
An information processing device according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring, from a sample including a biological specimen, a fluorescence spectrum derived from the biological specimen and position information about the biological specimen; an identification unit (133b) for identifying, from the fluorescence spectrum, information pertaining to a plurality of different biomarkers of the biological specimen linked to the position information about the biological specimen; and a correlation analysis unit (133d) for carrying out a matrix factorization corresponding to a combination of the plurality of biomarkers on the information pertaining to the plurality of biomarkers, and outputting a correlation of the information pertaining to the plurality of biomarkers.
