Abstract:
This information processing device (1B) mainly comprises an overall fatigue acquisition means (15B), a physical fatigue acquisition means (16B), and a mental fatigue calculation means (17B). The overall fatigue acquisition means (15B) acquires an overall fatigue level (Ft) representing the level of overall fatigue of a subject. The physical fatigue acquisition means (16B) acquires a physical fatigue level (Fp) representing the level of physical fatigue of the subject. The mental fatigue calculation means (17B) calculates a mental fatigue level representing the level of mental fatigue of the subject on the basis of the overall fatigue level (Ft) and the physical fatigue level (Fp).
