Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to enable the allocation of licenses to resources in accordance with a specified reliability level to be performed easily. A storage means (1a) stores the usage availability for multiple resources (1-1 to 1-6) on the basis of reliability levels. A specification means (1b) references the storage means (1a) in accordance with a resource request specifying a reliability level, and specifies one or more resources which can be used with the specified reliability level. A control means (1c) allocates to the specified resource a license defining a usage period for the resource, and operates the specified resource with the specified reliability level for the exact usage period defined for the license.
