Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an information processing system, etc., with which it is possible for a user to easily ascertain a repair period or service life of a tool before failure occurs. [Solution] One aspect of the present invention provides an information processing system. This information processing system is provided with a processor capable of executing a program so as to perform the following steps. In a management step, tool information indicating a plurality of tools that are commodities belonging to a user and customer information indicating a customer who owns or borrows a tool are managed. In an acquisition step, a parameter relating to use of the tool by the customer is acquired. In a notification step, when the parameter satisfies a prescribed condition, the user is notified regarding a repair period or service life of the tool such that the tool information and the customer information can be ascertained.
