Abstract:
This insulating substrate comprises: a ceramic layer having a main surface; a raised portion arranged on the main surface and extending linearly in a plan view; and a glaze layer disposed on the main surface so as to cover the raised portion. The raised portion is formed of a material having a melting point higher than a firing temperature of the glaze layer and a thermal conductivity higher than that of the glaze layer.
