Abstract:
An intelligent control system for engineering machinery, which relates to the technical field of data analysis. The intelligent control system comprises a server and an on-board terminal, wherein the on-board terminal comprises an image collection module, a main control module, a communication module and a display module; and the server is used for estimating a future moving route of engineering machinery according to the current moving route of the engineering machinery and existing moving routes of other engineering machinery, performing matching on the basis of the estimated moving route, so as to obtain a corresponding road section from the existing moving routes of the other engineering machinery, calculating an average moving speed at each position on the successfully matched road section, and taking the average moving speed as an average moving speed at each position on the estimated moving route; and the main control module is further used for determining whether the current position is on the estimated moving route, and if the current position is on the estimated moving route, calculating the difference between the current moving speed and the average moving speed at the corresponding position on the estimated moving route, and if the difference is greater than a first threshold, generating alarm information. The intelligent control system for engineering machinery can improve the safety of engineering machinery during movement.
