Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a kit for detecting bovine leukemia virus, the kit comprising a primer set with which a subject suffering from bovine leukemia virus can be detected with high sensitivity. [Solution] This kit for detecting bovine leukemia virus comprises a primer set comprising a forward primer and a reverse primer, the forward primer being an oligonucleotide comprising a base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 or 4, the reverse primer being an oligonucleotide comprising a base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2 or 5.
